Year 5 is an exciting and important step as children move into Upper Key Stage 2, with expectations rising to reflect their growing maturity and independence. Pupils are challenged to think more deeply, take greater responsibility for their learning and develop resilience when tackling more complex work across the curriculum. A strong love of learning is nurtured, alongside a continued focus on our Catholic faith through prayer, reflection and living out Gospel values.
